Sales Information For Adex Electronics

Adex Electronics is the leading manufacturer of Bus Isolation Extenders, Regular, Wearout Extenders and Riser Cards, all of which have proven valuable tools in the test and production field. We can make modifications to our existing product line or do custom designs to meet your special needs. Our products are currently saving many big companies valuable time and costs. We offer competitive pricing and fast dependable service. We are happy to have you order directly from us or if more convenient, you may order from one of our International Distributors. Adex Electronics reserves the right to refuse sales or service as it deems warranted.

TERMS

We offer Net 30 day terms with approved credit, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express or Bank Tele-Transfers. Upon request, we can provide you with a Proforma Invoice or formal quotation. Exchanges and returns made after the 30 days, are subject to Adex's consensus. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Merchandise purchased under the 30 day evaluation policy may be returned within the 30 days, without being charged the re-stocking fee.

DELIVERY

Most product orders, for smaller quantities, are generally in stock and can be shipped out for immediate delivery. For larger product orders, we can generally ship out within three weeks. For all domestic orders, we typically use our customer's FedEx, UPS, Airborne or DHL carriers account information, when shipping product. If necessary, we can use our account number and bill you for shipping fees, on your invoice. However, for all international orders, we must use customer's, preferred carrier account information, for shipping, tax and duties. If needed, we can ship by way of DHL Collect or if orders are relatively small, we can utilize Global Priority Mail, upon request.

WARRANTY

Adex Electronics warrants its products against defects in material and workmanship for a period of 90 days, from the date of purchase. During the warranty period, Adex will repair or replace the defective product at no charge. This warranty does not apply if the product has been damaged by accident, abuse, misuse, misapplication or as a result of service or modification made by others.

Adex Electronics is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages resulting from use of our products. This includes damages to property and personal injury. The information provided in the user manual for each product, has been carefully checked and is believed to be accurate. However, if there are any inaccuracies within the user manuals, Adex Electronics assumes no responsibility for any damages resulting from any omission or defects within the manuals.

Caution:
Handle and store these products in an electrostatic safe environment. ESD could damage these products.

Adex Electronics reserves the right to make changes in future product design without reservation and without notification to its users.
