Warranty

Adex Electronics warrants its products against defects in material and workmanship for a period of 90 days, from the date of purchase. During the warranty period, Adex will repair or replace the defective product at no charge. This warranty does not apply if the product has been damaged by accident, abuse, misuse, misapplication or as a result of service or modification made by others.

Adex Electronics is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages, resulting from use of our products. This includes damages to property and personal injury. The information provided in the user manual for each product, has been carefully checked and is believed to be accurate. However, if there are any inaccuracies within the user manuals, Adex Electronics assumes no responsibility for any damages, resulting from any omission or defects within the manuals.
Adex Electronics reserves the right to make changes in future product design without reservation and without notification to its users.

Caution: Handle and store these products in an electrostatic safe environment. ESD could damage these products.


Technical Support Policy

Our technical support team is willing to explain the functions of our products to our customers. However, we cannot take on the resonsibility to configure the system for the customer. A customer should have the knowledge of their intended M/B, the various bus structures on the M/B, the A side, B side convention of the add-on card, etc. It is not our job here, at Adex Electronics to select a particular riser for purchase. We will do our best to assist the customer in choosing the right riser card but there are many varying factors to consider other than the functionality of the riser. There are many electrical, mechanical and cooling concerns involved in integrating the components into a system, such as a 1U or 2U chassis. Our engineers will not have access to all this information and can therefore not be relied upon to make this determination. It must be the customer's responsibility for selecting the proper riser cards for their application. We strongly suggest a customer e-mail any technical questions, with as much detailed information as possible to us at: support@adexelec.com. Parts recommended by our support personnel are recommendations as a courtesy. The decision to purchase a particular riser is the full responsibility of the person placing the order. All returns are subject to our standard return policy.


Return, Exchange and Repair Policy

Adex Electronics will be happy to repair damaged riser cards, including bus isolation extenders. The repair fee will vary, based on the damage to the board and the need for connector replacements. We will let our customer know ahead of time the repair cost for the board. Adex cannot guarantee repair for all boards. We will notify you if your product is unrepairable by our service department. If you have an older version of our product and wish to upgrade to the most current revision, Adex will allow you to do so for a cost of only 50% of the current list price. Please call Adex Electronics for a RMA (Return Material Authorization) number before sending any boards back for service or exchange. Exchanges and returns are allowed for up to 30 days, after delivery of merchandise. Exchanges and returns made after the 30 days, are subject to Adex's consensus. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Merchandise purchased under the 30 day evaluation policy may be returned within the 30 days, without being charged the re-stocking fee.

These information are considered proprietary and confidential to us, please limit the distribution to those with a technical need.
